I'm not sure I agree with this. Just because chapters have a similar vibe doesn't mean the members are drawn to each other, and chapters don't really hang out with other chapters. But individual friend groups from across different sororities are very much a part of greek life and they defy stereotypes. Friends from high school join different sororities and still stay friends, different members meet each other at fraternity parties, and in their dorms and in classes, and of course if they're in Tiger Paws or cheerleaders or any campus group really. I will say that I love my sorority but there are some girls in other chapters that I like better than some of my sorority sisters.
