7. Phi Sig: They have a small kinda odd looking house they rent from Theta Xi on Old Row. Their house has nice dorms and a very cool, northern frat style basement. Their property is small though and they have no yard space. Their chapter was chartered in 2010 and they are very new on campus. They have no real alumni base or history. Ric Flair's nephew is a brother though, so that's cool. Their brothers are known for being kinda weird but very chill. Their new PC was competitively sized compared to other small fraternities. Since they are small, they have a great brotherhood. Their parties are not well attended and they would throw at the same time as other OR frats such as Pike and try to steal people from their parties. Overall, weird looking house, chill guys, gonna stay bottom for awhile though. 8. Asig: They have the old Dsig chapter house on New Row. Honestly its a pretty nice house with a good party barn and nice dorms, compared to their neighbors, PiKapp and Theta Chi, it's not that nice though. They are easily the most dorky fraternity. They have very good grades and their members are all very smart. With that being said, they are not that well liked by the ladies. They don't throw good parties. Their srat relations are basically non existent. They are very nice and chill and probabaly have one of the best brotherhoods on campus however everything else is subpar. They do not compete with the other fraternities on this list. For example, their new PC was really small, though still the largest in their chapters history. Their history is non existent. Overall, very dorky group of guys. 9. BYX: They live in Beta's old house on New Row. It's a great property. These guys are very odd. They are the hardcore Christian frat, but heres the problem. Most of them don't really go to Church. A lot of them are very weird. They are very safe and very friendly but the type of guy that that they wish they were probably rushed Farmhouse. All the good, handsome, marriage material men, are in Farmhouse. Their dorky, unattractive, over zealous cousins are in BYX. These guys of course don't throw real parties and are socially dead. Their brotherhood is good but honestly not amazing because its just a big holier than thou competition. They have no history, no alumni, nothing. Overall, below bottom.
