No hate to any of the chapters on this list. There are great guys in each chapter and just because they aren't Theta Chi or Lambda doesn't mean they aren't worth talking about. The chapters at the top of this list are far superior to the ones at the bottom. Some of these houses have a lot of potential, some of these might be around in 5 years. 1. Sig Tau: They have somewhat small, ok house on New Row. It is kinda laughable compared to KA's and Theta Chi's house but it get's the job done. They've got decent relations with more bottom to mid srats. Their chapter was founded relatively recently on campus and so they don't have great alumni support. Their PC was alright, they are known for having more "odd" guys. That's the thing though, they are known. They are probably the biggest "small" chapter. Their parties are also hit or miss but still better attended than the other chapters on this list. They've got great brotherhood. Overall, they are currently the best small chapter. They have a LOT of potential though and if they rush better will be mid tier soon. 3. Phi Tau: They have a very pretty house that they own on Old ROw that competes with Pike, SNU, Sigma Chi, ATO, etc, though they could take better care of it. What's important though, is that they own it. They've been on campus since 1927 and have a solid alumni base. Out of all the small fraternities they had the biggest pledge class, if they keep their current rate of growth they'll be mid tier again like how they were before they got kicked off. With that being said they have some major issues. Their srat relations are basically non existent. Girls around campus don't really know they exist. Their parties for this reason are really bad. Their PC is a really mixed group with a lot of guys that could've easily gone to Pike or TKE. With that being said, their house and their large PC carry them. They seem to have good brotherhood. They will be mid tier within 3 years. 3. AGR: They've got an large, somewhat rundown house of New Row. They have a nice property though. They are very friendly and nice but overall their guys aren't the most attrative. Their main interests are drinking, chilling, and agriculture. They are the most southern chapter on campus and definetly the most country. Their parties are mehh but they have a very dedicated group of groupies. Their srat relations are honestly pretty ok. They hang out with more bottom to mid houses but they get along well. Their chapter was founded in 1919 and is a single letter chapter. They have a very good alumni base. They have the best brotherhood on campus. Their new PC was decent and it was a mixed bag of guys. Overall, chill group of guys, but they are too complacent to improve. 4. DKE: They now live in the old Chi Phi house, known as Hind's house. It is pretty, but regardless, it is very old, far off campus, and small. Their house does not compete with the other chapters on campus. They have to throw parties in a satellite house. If they still had the Phi Tau house they'd easily be at the top of this list. Their older guys who form the foundation of the fraternity come from the last Beta PC. Beta was top tier before they were kicked off and so DKE's older guys are quality stock. DKE has an ok history on campus and this is the second time they've restarted at Auburn in recent history. Nationally, and especially at Bama very VERY GOOD. Their national alumni network is insane. However Auburn DKE is not Bama DKE, they have an
