Ok so here's the rundown on Farmhouse. Some of them party and drink but most don't. If you drink and party, you can do so, but you will be forced to at other fraternities' parties because FH doesn't throw any REAL parties of their own other than Farmhouse Rodeo. You won't get laid or even pass first base as a Farmhouse either. That doesn't mean they don't pull girls, because they do and some of them are really hot. The problem is that every girl that goes to Farmhouse writes the definition of 'goodie two shoes' on their forehead. Not even an industrial bolt cutter with a billion dollars taped to it could get a Farmhouse girl to give up her chains without a ring on her finger. You won't get more of a straight up honest answer than that. Good luck buddy
