in no particular order for the “top” tier. I say this in quotes bc a lot of the times “middle” tiers are more sought after and well liked by PNMs and a lot of the “top” houses are slipping but their name and money keeps them up there despite their lack of outstanding PCs and involvement as well as social scene and relevancy.
