Your top 5 is good, but your next 6 and upper middle tier is really flawed. Fix Farmhouse, ATO, Theta Chi, and Lambda Chi. Here's where you messed up: - There's only 5 in your "next 6" - Theta Chi and Lambda Chi are easily better than Sigma Pi, FH, and ATO. Lambda Chi and Sig Ep are about even and Theta Chi is slightly better than both. - Lambda Chi was recently top 5 until they went on probation for Wiz Khalifi and now they're rising back up. - ATO never lost their house. They've always been in that same crappy house. They owned that land on New Row for a few months until one of their brothers stole tons of money from the fraternity and they had to sell it. Theta Chi then sold their house on Old Row and bought the land from ATO. Theta Chi built their house on New Row in 2007 with their own money. - The President of IFC is a Theta Chi and they're one of the most involved fraternities on campus. - There are very small groups of girls in AGD and ADPi that ask Farmhouses to formals. KA, Beta, Sigma Nu, and Fiji are much more popular choices among those sororities by far.
