They're usually date socials or date parties at the fraternity houses, aka NOT open to anyone. Like I'm pretty sure Theta Chi and ADPi have their own Halloween social together downtown, and then KA, Fiji, KD, Phi Mu might have a joint social as well like they've done in the past. If Beta is off sopro, they'll have their annual Halloween date party at their house and Sig Ep will also. But like I said, there usually aren't any big open parties.
