it also needs to be said that, while it's understandable that you're hoping for your daughter to be a legacy, you shouldn't be pushing the whole "top" thing on her. It's a lot of pressure. Every Auburn sorority should be seen as equal! Yes, some sororities are stronger than others in certain things. However, the bottom line is, all 17 sororities have wonderful sisterhoods and all of them are involved in so many wonderful organizations across campus. I don't get upset seeing lists, I think it serves as great motivation for every sorority to work hard to make their own be seen as top (and they do!). However, please don't pressure your daughter to only get in a sorority you deem as top...let her decide! It's such an exciting time for her and you have obviously done a great job with her! She will make an excellent choice! Help her get all her recs and then step aside and let her make this wonderful decision!
