Good idea but...

there is not much land close/available to the campus since all has been bought up for the new education buildings. No college no college is going to have sorority houses not situated on their campus for security reasons and no national is going to allow their groups to live off away from the campus. IF there were going to be houses it would have had to have been planned for years ago. Personally, I like the way it is now. I live in an apartment and love it, see my sisters but I also have my own place to getaway. I transferred from a college with houses and believe me, it doesn't take long to get tired of the constant barrage of people running around. Besides, like someone wrote, even if they get houses, none of you on here commenting would get to live there, it would take a long time to buy property and build a house...however you would help pay for it in your dues.
