I would put Sigma Pi above Phi Psi. Yeah Phi Psi throws better ragers and all but most girls feel more comfortable with Sigma Pi so that counts a lot. I'd also put Sigma Chi for sure above Sig Ep. Pi Kapp tied with Sigma Nu
