you can't call it out as a self rank if everyone is thinking it. Alpha phi, after red dress and their pictures from crush? I'd put them as a top middle tier, and let Tri Delta take their spot. Smokin hot girls, look at all their pictures. Besides who doesn't love tri felt. DG also made a super bad call rushing last minute and took some really average looking girls (they got one kind of hot one) Sigma Pi improved at sports and PIKE improved their events I heard so I'd put those in the top tier. And Gphi (although I heard they do a lot of shady stuff during recruitment) has been getting good PC's since 2013. Pretty sure that Nikki Detrich saved them. Their has to be the top middle tier, because there's no way alpha phi can be in the same tier as DG or Pi Phi. If you disagree with this you're just promoting your own chapter.
