A large part of brotherhood is fostered and maintained through having an on campus house. That's why you notice Ksig, SigEp, Sigma Chi, and Fiji are all mentioned for top brotherhood. When you have an AV house, not only do 18+ bros live together, but it also provides an easily accessible place that is open 24/7 to every single other bro. That house is literally yours too. Imagine being able to stop by at anytime to chill/study/eat with your bros. nothing beats it In terms of Newport houses. Ksig and sigep have multiple. Sigma chi has one I believe and fiji has none.
