So I'm considering rushing fall quarter, and I was just wondering which frats have, in your opinion, the best brotherhood? It's one of the main reasons why I'm considering rushing. I'd also prefer a house at Newport if they have one. I don't really care for things like ranking or face value in all honesty, I just want some nice, chill people who are down to have a good time.
