Greek Life at UCI is pretty chill; we're all just Anteaters looking to have a fun social time. It's nice to have freshmen and sophomores rush because they're in it for the long run, but as a 4th or a 5th year in your pledge class you can still bring a lot of wisdom and insight to the fraternity that they might not have otherwise. So yes, do it.
