1. Yeah it's confirmed they're losing their house 2. At the moment they are in the 40s. At the start of fall I'd say they'll start around 25-30. 3. They do have a pledge process although it's not as structured or legit as other fraternities. Honestly can't really say it's a process because I don't think much growth comes from it. 4. They have solid relations as of now. Obviously subject to change with diminishing status If you're looking at it long term I don't know how SAE will project over the next couple years but it doesn't look optimistic But agreed with the comment above... just check both out and go where you're comfortable. Everything else will work itself out
