For girls you can either do informal recruitment (in winter or spring) in which you only go to the select houses you want, or formal recruitment in the fall when you see every house and its a much more personalized experience. For guys rush is basically the same every quarter-- you go play basketball, eat chicken wings and drink some beer regardless of the time of year. hahah.
