OP had the tiers somewhat right at least Gphi is overrated Imo And if we're being honest it's the top 3 (dg, aphi, tridelt) and then the rest bunched up together with sk at the bottom. Theta is a solid house and heads the middle tier portion Pi phi, axo, gphi are the same to me and I don't really see a clear "better" house of the three.
