I don't go here, but I'm curious how Phi Delt manages this while still staying on top. At my school, they're still top or close to top, and what they mainly do is throw most of their stuff in their unofficial off campus houses. Sometimes they'll throw stuff in their chapter with alcohol, but they'll keep it small or use the basement. They also have darties in backlots and such, but still. How do they do it here and what kind of stuff do they throw?
