If you don't like things, speak up to your chapter, not to people on this website. You would be surprised to see how other sisters feel the same way and were just waiting for someone else to express their exact sentiments. Also, if you do speak up and get shot down by everyone else, then at least you know you gave it your best try and that dropping is the right decision. But please don't just stay silent and let things get worse, maybe you're that sorority's next president and leader that will make them a strong and better chapter.
