(Opps, I just accidentally hit the thumbs down instead of reply!) I always give the same advice: be 'on point' you. Don't change for them. Also, if they ask why you were released, that's not okay. It's a numbers game that you have little say in until the later rounds. If they ask why you chose to do spring, you don't have to tell them more than makes you comfortable explaining.
