If the waited so long to tear down, don't you think they'd have s solid end date on their contract? Maybe they waited to find someone who would give them one? I don't think they would have gone through the pain of being out of their house for rec if there wasn't already stuff being cleared out of the inside or salvaged. It's all done for reasons you don't know and we can't guess.
