Thanks, TBH. I don't give a $hit about the tier, but the reason I asked is because I was wondering if there is something I should know about. Are they not involved, or what would make people rank them so low when they have the overall look. I know it shouldn't matter, but how others perceive the house and the reputation is important to me, 'tier' is not. If I find out it is something silly, like looks, I won't care, but if they are known to be rude, I will care.
