It's called a contract - ever hear of those? All builders sign to a specific end date and incur penalties {in fines} (prob massive on a project like this). So they'll be dead before they allow themselves to not complete construction in time. This will be done, unless some natural disaster gets in the way. Also, moat chapters are going to have to start looking into rebuilding. SK is not the first, but I can guarantee they won't be the last. Total has jumped so much in the last few years, and all the original houses are in the 60+ year range. Kudos to them for taking the plunge and all.
