I'm in a middle tier sorority and I've noticed I can care about tiers and how people percieve my chapter but also fully love my chapter and my sisters. When you love something or someone that doesn't mean you are required to turn a blind eye to their faults and mistakes, it means you can love them despite that. So to say you don't care about tiers because you love your sisters isn't encompassing the whole picture and you are ignoring how much your indifference is hurting your chapter.
