Most of these girls are great just freakin amazing. But. They don't hold officer positions. The people in charge don't move the chapter up which is why they're stuck in the bottom and their internal issues is what keep them back. They need selfless girls who will give unconditional love and help to the chapter but from what I heard that's not the case. Maybe they don't "care" about rankings... but that's a lie. I wish the tier system didn't matter but it does and it affects me so I care about it and so should they.
