I would put you on top, but don't want to start a war. Theta-same as always, solid upper mid, most stable house. Pi Phi-same, but sinking DEEPH- I know I'll get slammed here, and not in DEEPH, but look through the pictures. DEEPH has a handful of hotties, and several cuties while the houses below have fewer.
