If you reread the posts it looks as if they mean to say 3rd place overall, not 3rd tier. Or, the very bottom of the top tier or very top of the upper middle tier, depending upon who created the list! There are lots of lists and everyone has their opinion. I honestly don't think it's ΔΔΔ. It doesn't sound like them. I think they've fallen and that's being honest, not mean. Everything is cyclical and there are shockers and surprises each year.
