So much of the "this house is higher...no, this house is higher!" debate is about whether you value the more pearls/sweet/Southern girl vibe or the trendy/laid back/party vibe. All houses have women that fit each of those stereotypes but just generalizing: If you prefer the trendy/party type, Zeta is probably your top. If you prefer pearls/sweet then probably KD.
