I think every sorority should make gym or workout hours mandatory. NOT for the superficial, have a hot body reasons (although nothing wrong with that) but for health reasons. It is so physically and mentally unhealthy NOT to exercise, and sororities should set the example. By doing so, the ladies will be happier, healthier, and prevent ailments later on. Have them make it a habit!
