You have a few options: 1) Stay in the process, go to pref, and see if your mind changes then. I didn't really start to love my house until Round 3 (but wasn't even 100% in love with it until initiation, way after bid day). After the pref party, you can decide against it, not sign a preference card, and try one of the other options I'm listing here. You don't lose anything by at least doing this, and you get free dessert at the party. 2) Put your name in for COB. Very few houses will have spots open, but it happens because girls drop for a variety of reasons. You might get invited to the house for dinner, etc., and get a bid that way after meeting more sisters. The chance this works out is low but not 0%, and is much higher if you actually know someone in the house already. 3) Rush GPhiB! Yes, you won't have a house at first, but you will get everything else about the experience: socials, initiation, big sisters, Homecoming, etc. And being a founding member can be really neat and help you create the culture and tone of a new sisterhood! Note: GPhiB will be selective too, nobody is guaranteed a spot. This is a particularly good option for upperclassmen, though, as they'll want a colonization class that is balanced by year. 4) Try spring. Like COB (option 2) above. 5) Try again next fall. I have friends who did it. Most fared much worse the second time around but two fared much better and actually wound up in very selective houses that had cut them before.
