Rec Exec is when they must meet, Pi Chi is when the Pi Chis must meet, and Homebase is when you are expected to be at your homebase. Your homebase is where you meet your Pi Chis every day before recruitment, and it is a sorority house. So it may be XO or ADPi or Phi Mu, it just depends. And you meet an hour before the parties actually start to make sure everybody is in attendance and get you prepped.
