I'm mid tier and we have the points system, the leaders, and amazing, full-bus socials as well. The only difference between top tiers (honestly) and everybody else is top tiers are more fake, and their sisterhood is less strong. That's an absolute fact, not an opinion. They pick women based largely on appearance, and end up getting a lot of dud sisters. There are amazing women in top tier sororities, of course, but when you bid based on looks you're going to end up with a lower quality pledge class and a weaker sisterhood. Everybody knows this is true. Also, as evidenced above - they're insufferably arrogant. If you pay attention to tiers, you should know this in advance. Don't expect to go top tier and have everybody be humble and sweet and kind and sisterly, it just won't happen.
