I'm in a top house, and I would say 90% of the girls in my house are really focused on fitness, healthy eating, and an overall positive body image. We go to the gym together and most everyone eats well & healthily at meals so I would say the healthy vibe really overpowers anything else in my own house and I'm sure most of the other ones. Tbh my sisters motivate me to go the gym and be healthy more than anyone lol
