Saying "rejected" is not fair because sororities are given a cutoff number that they have no control over. They rank their pnm's and it's always so, so close and lots of pnm's that members really like and would love to have back simply don't make the cutoff number. That's very different than rejected, especially when actives have great conversations with pnm's and end up loving them and fighting for them in membership selection but then they don't make the chapter cutoff. It is upsetting when your favorite girls don't come back.
