what girl this isn't Bama. there are no "in-state" vs "OOS" sororities, everyone takes oos members. do you mean like chapters that are usually popular in florida??? because chapters like zta, adpi, kd, and dg (kinda tridelt) are top at most colleges in FL but that doesn't stop them from taking oos girls and it certainly doesn't stop other in-state pnms from pledging other houses lol?
