UF is a heavily in-state school, like around 80%. The heavily in-state chapters are more popular among in-state pnm's and those pnm's are also more desired by these chapters. If you don't get back any of these chapters it has nothing to do with your qualifications, and these chapters aren't better than or offer more social life or sisterhood than other chapters.
