Trust me on this- the most important thing about a chapter is sisterhood. If you can figure out how many girls stay in a chapter until they graduate vs how many girls drop, you can see their sisterhood. Retention rate is key! If their senior class is tiny it should be a red flag. (Keep in mind a lot of seniors aren’t at rush so don’t just assume)
