ur kidding right?? deeph has probably the worst frat relations in middle tier and most of their girls drop after they get their littles. AND their house is actually probably 1 of the dumpiest looking physical houses left. i liked them during rush more than chio/dz but they do not appeal to most pnms and their pc’s reflect that .. they’ve been losing their top girls to theta, aopi, dg and even ddd/zta/kd for YEARS now
