That’s a really quick decision and my not turn out the best for a pnm. I am in top and the fact is that many of the same girls were at my round 3 and pref parties. I met one of my besties during round 3 at a house that neither of us prefer at. OP is right about most houses have some bad apples. Look at retention and how many girls drop from houses. Panhellenic has these numbers. If more members drop and don’t stay active over another, it’s obviously not as worth joining than another. Numbers don’t lie
