i used to love pi phi (they were my fav middle tier house) and don’t rly like axo but pi phi has really fallen in ranks. i hate to admit it but AXO is better than pi phi tbh. pi phi gets less and less standout girls every year, they took a spring class of 20+ girls, and they rly struggled for a hoco pair this year. AXO is starting to appeal to pnms more than pi phi does sorry :/ also i see more axo’s than pi phi’s hanging out with top tiers too
