We won’t know until a January of next year. Spring is much more informal process. Lower tier houses usually have it and they will take the most members but nothing compared to fall. Some mid tiers may have it but usually only a handful are taken. Top tier rarely does it. Your best bet in joining a spring rush house is to spend the next several months getting to personally know the houses in mid and lower tiers to give you a better chance.
