theta is top of mid bc they’re better than pi phi/xo/dz but they’re not at DG or aopi’s level either. i agree that aopi has trended down the past year or so but not enough that theta is at their level or better than them. aopi still hangs out with way more top frats that theta doesn’t. if theta stops taking the top’s grade and reputation risks then i’ll consider them top tier
