I cannot believe that I actually have to explain this. PNMs sent in videos. Some stood out for reasons other than looks. Many organizations want a lot of the same girls. I am not going to explain what they look for because everyone knows it’s things like involvement, leadership, personality etc. There are a lot of quality girls that went through recruitment. I’ll say it again for the people in the back: Organizations look for a lot more than looks and if you think it’s based on popularity with men you need to get a life. THAT SAID: All the houses know who the “top” girls are and what their Instagram accounts are so we know where they choose to find their home. Everyone did great job and just be happy. But there is no denying that every year there are girls that come through that every single chapter likes. Instagram just tells us where they went not how pretty they are. But seriously if self worth is based on how pretty you are or how pretty guys think you are that’s sad.
