call me crazy but id put dx and tep on the same level as snu/dsig or even chi phi/agr. ik dx was better than tep before they were kicked off but im pretty sure that they've been gone longer so I'd put them at the same level for now. their igs are following/followed by top tier girls like dgs and aoiis, and they still threw parties (at least tep) underground. tl;dr They're "new" but they still have better chapter sizes/connections than the other bottom tiers.
