Rankings are based on desirability. Popularity, looks and involvement. We all know who has the highest return rates each year. If you are top, why doesn’t Pan force you to drop more PNMs? Answer:because your return rates are not as high as most of the chapters above you. I will say I give you an A for effort and you do have a great chapter with super nice members.
