Chi Phi is serving a one year suspension, but has been under investigation for so long they haven't had a pledge class in forever; drops two lines. TEP is coming back to campus and has been underground, has some potential but still has a long ways to go; enters above DU/Fiji. Delta Chi is coming back after a four year suspension with no underground presence. This is a fresh restart and puts them at the very bottom with TKE. Delta Sig is losing their house; drops a line.
