Keeps getting deleted, going to split up the reasoning into tiers. Top: Machi consistently lands top srats for hoco and has moved up socially to the top line. Phi Delt lost fort, but is still one of the best fraternities for parties and that's not changing. Beta is a solid 2nd line choice, clearly better than bottom of the top, but definitely under Machi/Phi Delt, not much movement expected. Girls love their philanthropy tho. ATO has one of the best legacies, but they aren't the ATO they used to be 5-10 years ago. SAE's hoco pair isn't top tier, but they still usually pair with top srats and know how to throw a good tailgate. Theta Chi has moved up in the past few years and still has more potential, landed AOPi and KD the past 2 years and bringing back relations with other top tier srats.
