Phi mu not self ranking at all. It is kappa and Axo self ranking and saying they are middle tier. Both kappa and Axo not goood at all and never has improved in 30 plus years. I think the bottom tier need to chil out and stop acting like children. I can gustsnteee you that no one thinks kappa or Axo is in the middle tier . Most people think phiu is the best house in the bottom,
