just ask the Greek office. but here’s my two cents. 1) COB after alpha phi is over is very unlikely. theres an 8 week ner memeber education program and all new members must be initiated by october 22nd. my chapter is done with COB and I’d imagine most other halters are especially because it’d be two far into the 8 weeks after alpha phi recruitment 2) chapters themselves usually don’t know until January if they are able to spring recruit. it’s based on chapter total. also very few chapters hold open spring events. A lot just do a lowkey let’s invite 4 girls we already know over for dinner sort of thing. DG for example didn’t have an open event last year, they invited girls they already knew. 3) if a chapter doesn’t have room for more girls or simply doesn’t want to take more girls, your friend can’t help you’.
