ATO/Machi Phi Delt/Beta SAE Pike Theta Chi/KA Delt/Pi Kapp Pi Lamb/AEPi/Kappa Sig Chi Phi/Phi Tau/Lambda Chi Sig Ep/Sig Nu/AGR ZBT DU/Fiji/TKE Delta Sig Top: ATO/Machi and Phi Delt/Beta usually top four, but SAE is slightly behind them. Pike is definitely bottom of the top with suspensions and other issues. Upper Middle: Not much has changed, KA and Theta Chi are just slightly above the middle tier frats socially. Middle: Pi Kapp has solidified top of middle tier with their new house, on par with Delt. Pi Lamb doesn't have a hoco and most of their older former ZBT members are gone now, they are declining to AEPi and KSig's level. Chi Phi, Phi Tau, and Lambda Chi all rotate the same hoco pairs/socials. DX is kicked off campus and now officially gone from the list. Bottom: Sig Ep, Sig Nu, and AGR have had hoco at least once in the past few years and have a house, top of bottom. ZBT had hoco too but no house. DU/Fiji/TKE are all about the same. Delta Sig is new and has a LONG way to go before they move anywhere socially.
